Super Amigo Production was created out of necessity, Ramon says jokingly, but in reality it is not far from the truth. It has always been a dream of Ramon’s to be able to make movies. At the early age of 12 his movie career began, he would shoot on an 8 mm camera. The lesson he learned at that early age was to follow your dream. As he grew older the bug remained. In high school, acting was mainly used for the attention of the girls. When the dream truly took flight was in college. Where he first got paid to act and decided then that it could be a reality. After acting failed to be lucrative, Ramon turned to modeling. Tired of playing dead, dying in a scene, or killing people; he realized that the stereotypes would always be there unless he changed them. With the success of Robert Rodriquez, he decided to give it a shot and try his hand at filmmaking. He began to write in 1995 “The Road Taken” while working with resolve at his business. The Road Taken has been a gradual process that has evolved out of a lifetime of dreams. Although it was not his first idea The Road Taken has taken a life of its own. As time passed; Texas EZmovin became a lucrative business and the possibilities arose for his chance at the dream. In 2006 the decision was made to film “The Road Taken”. This decision would lead to the creation of Super Amigo Production a company that would not only fulfill his dream; but also gives others the opportunity to reach theirs.
